JACK A. JONES, P.E.
Mr. Jones has been with PDG since 1972 and has served as President since 1987. All of this experience has been in Environmental Engineering serving as Environmental Department Manager prior to CEO. He has extensive experience in the design and construction of water and wastewater treatment and conveyance projects.
Mr. Jones also has experience working with municipal clients including grant administration, cost estimating, proposals, and project start-up and supervision. He specializes in reports and studies including feasibility studies, water and sewer rate studies, water distribution analyses, general plans, master plans, sanitary sewer studies, and storm water utility rate studies. Most of his experience is in Ohio with numerous projects in northwest Ohio related to the Northwestern Water and Sewer District, Ottawa County Regional Water System, and recent water upgrades at the Campbell Soup facility in Napoleon, Ohio.
He is exceptionally familiar with the water infrastructure and rate studies in the area. Much of his rate study experience involves conceptualizing the rate methodology, intergovernmental agreements, and bulk water rate designs from a source and purchaser perspective.
