Don Harbaugh was formerly President, and later, Chairman of the Board for Toledo Molding & Die, Inc. He is a graduate of St. Francis de Sales High School Toledo, Ohio, and earned a BS in Marketing from Florida State University in 1971.

In 2011 Don created HDD Holdings, LLC to consolidate investments that require active management. That same year he became the angel investor behind BX Solutions, Inc. a Toledo-based Transportation and Logistics company, and ultimately its owner in 2013. His involvement with BX Solutions has guided the company into new business capabilities including warehousing, e-commerce pool distribution and Scheduled Time-definite transportation services.

Don currently serves on the board of numerous civic and charitable organizations, including a committee established for the Future of Toledo initiative. He also serves on the Regional Growth Partnership Board of Directors, the St. Francis de Sales High School Board of Trustees, the Boys & Girls Club of Toledo Board of Directors and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America National Area Council representing the states of Ohio, Michigan and West Virginia.

In 2014 Don was honored with induction into the Florida State University’s College of Business Hall of Fame. In November, 2013, he was inducted into the Toledo City League Athletic Hall of Fame as the recipient of the Outstanding Citizen Award.

Don’s hobbies include golfing, skiing, fly-fishing, college sports and travelling. Don has two daughters, Holly and Nikki, and resides in Ottawa Hills, Ohio.
